Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complete the API

3 May 2007I like to put my PC into sleep mode if I leave for just some hours. This allows me to continue working where I have been and to skip the boot sequence. Since about two months my PC is already running again when I come back and showing me the message above. I guessed it has to be a problem when going from standby to hibernate because I configured Windows XP to hibernate after 4 hours standby.
A search proofed my suspicion and I found a solution here. I downloaded and installed the patch and since that the error did not occur anymore.
