I am a Firefox user. Why? Because I think it is the best browser out there: it is secure, reliable, fast and free. If you add some plugins you can make it even better – here is a list of the plugins I use:
- AdBlock + Filterset.G Updater filters out all the ads – you see only what you want to see.
- Fasterfox – tweaks speed settings and makes Firefox even faster!
- Bookmark Synchronizer – allows me to synchronize all my bookmarks on every PC I work
- Live HTTP Headers – shows you every detail about request and response headers
- WebDeveloper – essential for every web developer (like I am)
- PDF Download – asks you if you want to download a PDF instead of opening it in the browser
- Extended Statusbar – more information for the status bar (images, download speed, size …)
- IE Tab – some pages still are built only for IE, with this plugin you do not have to leave Firefox
- Firebug – THE bet plugin for web developers – inspect and edit HTML, CSS & JavaScript, browse DOM, debug JavaScript and much more
